Leave bandage on for 1-2 hours. Not any longer. Wash carefully with soap and water. Apply light layer of Bacitracin,  A and D, Neosporin or triple antibiotic 3 X a day for only 3 days. Not any longer.  Then use unscented hand lotion to moisturize tattoo for next week and 1/2.  DO NOT ever pick at tattoo.  Absolutely no chlorine water or direct sunlight until healed.  Placement of tattoo can cause tattoo to take longer for healing.
